Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging.
How to Return
Contact us at info@bmwmileageblocker.co.uk with your order number to request a return authorization.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Exceptions
Used items or products with signs of installation cannot be returned unless they are defective.
